Pylorus: 

- Pyloric muscular thickness and channel are normal/abnormal: Transverse thickness: Length:  

 

Duodenum: 

- Proximal duodenum: Nondilated/Dilated 

- Retroperitoneal D3 segment between aorta and SMA: Not assessable/Yes/No 

 

Superior mesenteric vasculature: 

- SMA/SMV alignment: Normal/Abnormal/Not visualized 

- Clockwise whirlpool sign: No/Yes/Not assessable 

 

IMPRESSION: *pick list 

Normal pyloric ultrasound. 

Hypertrophic pyloric stenosis. 

No midgut volvulus or findings of malrotation. 

No midgut volvulus. 

Findings of malrotation without midgut volvulus. 

Malrotation with midgut volvulus.
