Propose changes to: Bilateral Upper Extremity Venous Duplex Ultrasound
EXAM: Bilateral Upper Extremity Venous Duplex Ultrasound
    INDICATION:
    COMPARISON: None
TECHNIQUE: Grayscale, color Doppler and spectral waveform analysis of the bilateral upper extremity venous system and internal jugular vein were performed.

    FINDINGS:

    Right Upper Extremity:

    Internal Jugular:
Fully compressible with normal spontaneous waveforms

    Subclavian:
         Normal spontaneous waveforms

    Axillary:
Fully compressible with normal spontaneous waveforms

    Brachial:
Fully compressible with normal spontaneous waveforms

    Basilic:
Fully compressible with normal spontaneous waveforms

    Cephalic:
Fully compressible with normal spontaneous waveforms

    Left Upper Extremity:

    Internal Jugular:
Fully compressible with normal spontaneous waveforms

    Subclavian:
         Normal spontaneous waveforms

    Axillary:
Fully compressible with normal spontaneous waveforms

    Brachial:
Fully compressible with normal spontaneous waveforms

    Basilic:
Fully compressible with normal spontaneous waveforms

    Cephalic:
Fully compressible with normal spontaneous waveforms

    IMPRESSION:
No evidence of venous thrombosis of the bilateral upper extremities, internal jugular or subclavian veins.
