TECHNIQUE: CT of the chest was performed with intravenous contrast. COMPARISON: None. FINDINGS: Lungs and Airways: Clear lungs without focal consolidation, mass, or nodule. No bronchiectasis. Airways are patent. Pleura: No pleural effusion or thickening. Mediastinum: No lymphadenopathy by size criteria. Heart size normal. No pericardial effusion. Great Vessels: Unremarkable thoracic aorta. No pulmonary embolism. Chest Wall and Bones: No suspicious osseous lesion. No chest wall mass. Upper Abdomen: Limited evaluation of the visualized upper abdomen is unremarkable. IMPRESSION: 1. No acute cardiopulmonary abnormality.
