FINDINGS:
Potential study limitations: None.
VASCULAR:
THORACIC AORTA:
The thoracic aorta is normal in course, caliber, and contour. There is no acute aortic pathology, such as dissection, intramural hematoma, or contained rupture.
Aortic plaques: None, mild, moderate, severe.
The arch vessel branching pattern is conventional. All of the arch branch vessels appear widely patent in their proximal portions.
ABDOMINAL AORTA:
The abdominal aorta is normal in course, caliber, and contour. There is no acute aortic pathology.
Abdominal aortic aneurysm detail anatomy: Fusiform, eccentric aneurysm of the suprarenal, infrarenal abdominal aorta, which begins and extends down to . The superior neck measures cm and the inferior neck measures cm. The length from the aortic bifurcation to the origin of the external iliac arteries is cm. There is angulation of the aneurysm.
Celiac Axis: Patent
