    FINDINGS:

    Potential study limitations: None.

    VASCULAR:

    THORACIC AORTA:

The thoracic aorta is normal in course, caliber, and contour. There is no acute aortic pathology, such as dissection, intramural hematoma, or contained rupture.

Aortic plaques: None, mild, moderate, severe.

The arch vessel branching pattern is conventional. All of the arch branch vessels appear widely patent in their proximal portions.

    ABDOMINAL AORTA:

The abdominal aorta is normal in course, caliber, and contour. There is no acute aortic pathology.

Abdominal aortic aneurysm detail anatomy: Fusiform, eccentric aneurysm of the suprarenal, infrarenal abdominal aorta, which begins and extends down to . The superior neck measures cm and the inferior neck measures cm. The length from the aortic bifurcation to the origin of the external iliac arteries is cm. There is angulation of the aneurysm.

    Celiac Axis: Patent

    SMA: Patent

    IMA: Patent

Renal Arteries: Single renal arteries bilaterally. Both are patent.

    NON-VASCULAR FINDINGS:

    LINES/ TUBES: None.

LUNGS AND AIRWAYS: The lungs are unremarkable. Airways are normal.

PLEURA: The pleural spaces are clear.

HEART AND MEDIASTINUM: The thyroid gland is normal. No mediastinal, hilar or axillary lymphadenopathy. The heart is normal in size. There is no pericardial effusion.

HEPATOBILIARY: No focal hepatic lesions. No biliary ductal dilation.

GALLBLADDER: No radio-opaque stones or sludge. No wall thickening.

    SPLEEN: No splenomegaly.

PANCREAS: No focal masses or ductal dilatation.

    ADRENALS: No adrenal nodules

KIDNEYS/URETERS: Kidneys enhance symmetrically. No hydronephrosis. No cystic or solid mass lesions. No stones.

GI TRACT: No abnormal distention, wall thickening, or evidence of bowel obstruction. Appendix is normal.

    PELVIC ORGANS/BLADDER: Unremarkable.

    LYMPH NODES: No lymphadenopathy.

PERITONEUM / RETROPERITONEUM: No free air or fluid.

    BONES: Unremarkable.

    SOFT TISSUES: Unremarkable.
