    TECHNIQUE: MRI of the brain was performed without and with intravenous contrast.
    
    COMPARISON: None.
    
    FINDINGS:
    Brain parenchyma: Normal signal intensity and morphology of the cerebral hemispheres, brainstem, and cerebellum. No evidence of acute infarct, hemorrhage, or mass lesion. No abnormal enhancement.
    
    Ventricular system: Normal size and configuration. No hydrocephalus.
    
    Extra-axial spaces: No extra-axial fluid collections.
    
    Midline structures: No midline shift.
    
    Posterior fossa: Unremarkable.
    
    Calvarium and visualized paranasal sinuses: Unremarkable.
    
    IMPRESSION:
    1. Normal brain MRI without evidence of acute intracranial abnormality.
